Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before selling your blood glucose test strips (the test strips you are selling are referred to in these terms and conditions as the “Test Strips”) to Go Test Strips. By shipping your Test Strips Go Test Strips, you signify your agreement with these terms and conditions.

I am at least 18 years of age.

I understand that the diabetic test strips must be in factory-sealed boxes. Go Test Strips can only buy diabetic test strips that have a minimum of 90 days before the expiration date. The expiration date is printed on your box of test strips

I understand that all boxes sold to goteststrips.com must arrive unopened and undamaged. The term “damage” extends to any box that is crushed, bent, torn, stained or otherwise soiled.

Goteststrips.com will remove any and all prescription labels before reselling my boxes. I understand that tears caused by the removal of labels are considered damage and that such boxes will not be accepted by goteststrips.com.

It is my responsibility to ensure that my supplies are packaged carefully and securely. Goteststrips.com will not accept boxes damaged during shipment.

I understand that I am responsible for my package during shipping and Go Test Strips is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by the U.S. Postal Service or by a third party.

Boxes with broken or missing seals are considered open, and will not be accepted by goteststrips.com

I understand that the standard delivery time for Business Checks is three days, but may take as long as two weeks depending on USPS delivery speed.

I understand that Go Test Strips is not responsible for any errors on checks due to the misspelling of names, incorrect addresses, etc. due to typos on the order form I filled out and submitted. If my check needs to be canceled and reprinted, for this reason, I will be responsible for the canceled check fee.

If payment in the form of a check has not been received; we will put a stop payment in place. Once we have verified that the payment was not rendered, it could take up to 21 business days to reissue payment or an alternative payment method can be used.

I understand that Go Test Strips cannot reverse electronic payments once they have been sent out. Including, but not limited to, Cash App, Zelle, Google Pay, Venmo, bank wires, etc. If I provide an incorrect Cash App or Venmo tag, the wrong bank account information for wires, an incorrect email address, etc. it is not the payor’s responsibility to refund my payment. If this occurs, I must contact the corresponding payment entity for a solution.

I understand the prices offered by Go Test Strips and all the applicable policies stated herein. It is incumbent on me to familiarize myself with Go Test Strips pricing structure and policies before sending in my Test Strips, and I understand that by sending products to Go Test Strips I forfeit my rights to the Test Strip.

I agree that all of my rights, title and interest in the Test Strips transfer to Go Test Strips upon receipt of the Test Strips by goteststrips.com.

I am the rightful owner of the items being sold to goteststrips.com, or I have been granted legal permission to sell these items on behalf of the rightful owner.

I am the rightful owner or have been given permission by the rightful owner to sell these supplies. Furthermore, I signify that I did not, am not, and will not violate any applicable law or regulation in obtaining these supplies, nor in selling them to Goteststrips.com. I represent and warrant that my sale and transfer of these supplies to goteststrips.com will not cause goteststrips.com to, or result in, goteststrips.com violating any anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, healthcare, or any other applicable law.

The diabetic products I am selling to goteststrips.com have not been lost or stolen and legally belong to me and have not been procured by illegal means. The diabetic items I sell to goteststrips.com are lawfully owned or possessed by me. In the event that any items I have sold to goteststrips.com are found to have been lost or stolen, goteststrips.com is under no obligation whatsoever to accept these items, nor compensate me for them in any way whatsoever to include any and all shipping costs.

Goteststrips.com does not purchase supplies that have been subsidized by any government or insurance program, including but not limited to Medicare and Medicaid.

I understand that the terms and conditions may change at any time and I will not be notified of these changes. I understand it is my responsibility to read through the terms and conditions which can be found on www.gotestsrips.com every time I sell my diabetic supplies to goteststrips.com.

I understand that I cannot intentionally acquire supplies through my insurance for the sole purpose of selling them to goteststrips.com.

I understand that shipping times vary and while most packages are delivered within a week, some packages may take up to 14 days.

Goteststrips.com, its affiliates, and any partners, including but not limited to, goteststrips.com shall not be liable for any damages, whether indirect, consequential, special or punitive, incidental or exemplary, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising out of this Agreement.
